UK Standard Tracked Shipping: £2.99

All orders are shipped fully tracked and details will be sent to you after placing your order. Remember to check your junk/spam/promotional inbox as sometimes tracking emails may end up in there.

 

Delivery Times

Most items will arrive within 8 days, but highly customised items (e.g. Name Necklaces) are made to order and require 2-3 weeks for production and shipping. This could be longer depending on disruptions, public holidays and demand.

You may receive your items at different times when ordering a combination of custom and non-custom items. This allows us to ship your order as quickly as possible.

 

Returns 

Here at Love Link, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if something doesn't quite meet your expectations, we're here to assist you.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange, so you have plenty time to make your decision.

Please note that personalised products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty. For any questions regarding your order, our customer service team is ready to assist you.

Here are a few important details:
- All items must be returned in their original condition with intact packaging.
- We cannot accept personalised items. This includes all products in the name collection, and any additional engraving or metal letters added to an item (unless faulty).
- Returns are typically processed within five working days of receiving your item. Please allow some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
